Sports photography and videography is an intense passion of mine. It merges two of my greatest loves together and allows for some pretty special content. Capturing the action, emotion and energy is pretty special, as it takes the smallest of moments and tells and deep storey. Getting to be involved in the victory and defeat of participants makes for a rewarding challenge that I absolutely love.
I’ve had the pleasure of capturing a wide range of sports, these include. Rock Climbing for the International Federation of Sports Climbing and Climbing New Zealand. A range of cycling, at events such as Crankworx Rotorua and local mountain biking, cyclocross and road cycling clubs and events. Football (Soccer to those who use the wrong name) at regional games, for the Wellington Phoenix in the A-League, and even for international matches such as the Fifa World Cup Qualifier matches. Rugby at regional games such as New Zealand’s NPC and Farah Palmer Cup and at an international club level at Pacific Super Rugby games.
In September of 2024 I won the Woman Who Ride category in the Australian Mountain Bike Photography Awards.
